The girls on the arrival gate could not have been friendlier or more helpful. As our chalet was not ready we were directed to the main reception here the ladies were really great, giving us lots of information on what was on offer and letting us know what was in the local area before sending us off to the boys and girls in the restaurant. Here we were given the choice of where to sit in a beautifully clean and nicely laid tables. Again everyone so helpful and friendly and really took notice when I explained that I had allergies. Our chalet was lovely, roomy, spotlessly clean and with everything that you needed and even a bottle of wine which we drank out on our patio chatting to other residents. There was so much to see and so many things arranged to do but you can do as much or as little as you like. All in all the place was wonderful and the price wasn't stupid. We will definitely be going back to a Warners holiday, thanks gang you were great
This was our first Warners holiday and we enjoyed every moment. All staff were great and a credit to you. The grounds are attractive and well kept. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The food is amazing.. there is so much choice and easily 5 star standard. There are so many activities on offer. We tried shooting, archery and pitch and put. The location by the lake is beautiful. Thank you Warners. We booked again for next year while we were there which says it all!
It is many many years since we 'dared' to take "chalet" accommodation that should have stayed in the 50s & 60s but it was "only for a weekend" & we wanted to see The New Honeycombs, Union Gap & of course Showaddywaddy! The "rooms" were well above our expectations, really modern & well-maintained; dedicated parking right outside & a short stroll from Reception, Cabaret Dining Room and, well, everything else. The food had plenty of choice, well prepared & pleasantly served by cheerful staff. For a change we have to say "excellent value-for-money" and we look forward to a return SOON!
