 Chalet was perfectly acceptable, it was clean and warm with a comfortable bed. The food was good with a wide variety and plentiful. Our table Host (Adam) was very good and made us feel comfortable and had a good sense of humour. He made meal times a real pleasure. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and the grounds were beautifully maintained.

We upgraded to a premier chalet, and we were not disappointed. When we arrived, we had fresh milk in the fridge, snacks and wine on the table. Beds were made beautifully every day, and the room was very well maintained throughout our stay, our chambermaid named Kristoff made us smile with his very sweet little touches such as placing the rabbit and fox sitting quaintly together on the pillows. We could really feel his care and attention, which is unusual these days. Adam, our personal waiter for our holiday was very charming and funny and nothing was to much trouble, he was an absolute pleasure to meet and spend time with whilst we were dining. Kim, the duty Manager was a fantastic and very warm support to us when we had to call out the ambulance for my friend Vilma who suffered an angina attack. She ran to our room, and very efficiently helped with everything possible for the situation at hand. Alongside the lovely male first aider who we do not remember his name. The location of the holiday village was superb and the sun shined pretty much all week. The gift shop and entertainment personnel were all so accommodating and we felt so welcome - everything about this place oozed consistent superb service. Even the lovely grounds people deserve a mention, as we took great delight in the gardens and beautiful flower arrangements, with quirky little additions such as the flower pot characters who we said good morning to every day and called them Bill and Ben! We have recently returned from having a wonderful week at Norton Grange. From the moment we arrived the staff have been very helpful and friendly. The receptionists are always cheerful. Our housekeeper Debbie leaves the chalet spotless. Our waitress Jess never forgot what we liked. The duty manager Marc helped my mum when she needed some TLC. The best was the entertainments team shows. They were the best ever. Paul singing Joseph is always a delight.Would recommend Norton Grange to people. Don’t be mislead as it is a chalet hotel, everything is up to the Warner high standard.

 Easy ferry from Lymington to the Isle of Wight. Warner's is just a very short distance from the ferry. Nice chalets and grounds. Food good, lots of choices. Friendly staff. Walking distance to Lymington and its shops and pubs. Have been to this venue three times now over the last 3 years. Would go again.
