Having been to a few different Warner’s over the years we decided on a spur of the moment short break at Warner’s Norton Grange Isle of Wight, What a very pleasant surprise we had on arrival check in very easy the Chalet was very clean and tidy all you needed, as it was a weekend break we had breakfast and evening meal there was something for all tastes and you could not fault any of the food, The entertainment was very good, and the amenities were outstanding on the whole a very enjoyable experience would I go again the easy answer is yes like a shot.
We booked last minute had trouble with the website so phoned norton grange and spoke to Nicola on reception she was so helpful and friendly and helped book the trip so a huge thank you to Nichola as if it was not for you we would of not be able to book we did give her a huge hug when we arrived she was so nice. We stayed in a standard chalet which was basic but nice the food was as always was really nice. The entertainment was good had a tribute to Elton then George Michael both are really good and the entertainment team did a show on Sunday which was good overall a Superb weekend a looking forward to returning.
Jenny, my wife, and I spent a wonderful seven nights break at Norton Grange from 13th to 20th May. We have stayed at other Warner resorts before, but this was our first visit to Norton Grange, and it certainly won't be our last - it fact we have already booked to go back for another 7 night visit on 15th July. We loved the beautiful grounds and gardens, overseen by Steve - not only beautiful, but quirky - we kept coming across things we had never seen before. All of the staff without exception - Reception, Entertainment, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Lounge Bar - couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Many thanks to you all. The standard of entertainment of the resident team led by Paul was first class, backed by the fabulous musicians of Higher Ground. The food was also excellent, both for myself as a carnivore and for Jenny as a vegetarian. Warners has given us a new lease of life over the past few years. We love the relaxed atmosphere - you can do as much or as little as you like, and you are never patronised - which is wonderful. Here's to July 15th !!
